Anthony's Club developed out of the San Antonio Spiritual/Cultural Wellbeing Survey.
Respondents to the survey reported wanting social events and parties
where they could meet other people interested in serious relationships.

Anthony's Club meets regularly on the second Saturday of each month for a social.
The regular meetings always include a brief presentation on some aspect of relationship development,
meeting skills or gay life, followed by small group discussion and/or excerise or process.
The meeting is followed by socializing in a friendly piano-bar atmosphere.
